What do you do if you are at church and during Sacrament your 3 year old goes into the bathroom and just as she is closing the stall door she has an accident. (Not to mention that sacarament is first:)
You open your diaper bag to discover that you have no spare underwear and you now live 25-30 mins. aways from your church.
So in your diaper bag you have...
2 pairs of levis one for Gracie and one for Paisley
2 diapers of coarse for Paisley
1 onesie that is Paisley's
wipes
and snacks for church
Well... you can't put the levis on her so what is your other choice?
drum roll please......
You use the onesie as underwear!!!!
How you ask?
Well, you stretch out the arm holes(realizing that Paisley will not be able to wear this onesie again) have Gracie put a leg in each one with the onesie upside down. So, then of coarse since the neck hole is still there she is not totally covered you then take the buttons from the back and pull it through her legs t0 the front and snap together and
whala, you have underwear!!!
So now in case any of you actually find yourselve in this situation you will know what to do, and I am so glad that I could help;)
Then, to add to it we unfortunetly had an ox in the myer today and had to go to Walmart to get a humidifier (I think Paisley has croupe, she sounded bad last night and I have delt with croupe enough to know that it is just going to be worse tonight so, to hopefully prevent a breathing treatment I wanted to get the humidifier on her tonight) so while Matt was in the store I sat in the car with the kids and Gracie had to go the bathroom and she could not hold it until Matt was out so I got all the kids out of the car including sleeping Paisley and we walked into the store and just as we were walking across the front of all the cash registers Gracie looked up at me and said "mommy the onesie is falling down" and sure enough I looked down and it was down around her ankles! So with sleeping Paisley on my shoulder I bent down and tried to pull it up with out lifting her dress up and then, I picked her up to and carried her to the bathroom. Through all of this to my amazement Paisley stayed asleep all the way till we got home.
So needless to say it was a very intresting day but, hey at least it held up durning church:)

New York
We are now in our second week of living in New York. We are still working on unpacking everything but, once I have the office unpacked I will be posting pictures hopefully in the next week. For now I will tell you how the first week of our new adventure has gone.
First the plane ride went pretty good after the fact that we had a butload of luuggage, 2 dogs, a cat, and all 6 of us(my mom) to get checked in. Once we got on the plane things went good. Kayla and Gracie were really good for their first time on a plan and considering that it was 4 1/2 hours long. Paisley also did well, but this was here second trip to New York.
Then we landed, got all of our luggage and the dogs and my mom I and Paisley waited while Matt and the other 2 girls went to get our rental car. What should have been a quick process turned into a 2 hour ordell. We had problems with the rental company that we had reserved the 12 passanger van through (because of everything we had this is all we could get to fit it all.) In the end we went to a different company and the biggest they had was a Eukon. To my amazement my wonderful husband got everthing to fit, though it was a very tight fit. So we left JFK airport almost 2 hours later then we had planned.
Once we got out of the city we stopped at a home depot and got some rope so matt could tie some of the luggage to the top, this made things a little more comfortable in the the car for both us and the dogs. Then we got something to eat (keep in mind that we lest really early and not one of us had actually ate a meal all day, you know how hard that is on kids!) We kept giving them snacks.
After dinner we got back in the car and drove towards albany. With a whole lot of stops on the way. Potty brakes, to go the the store since we wouldn't be in Albany before Walmart closes. Yes, the Walmart by our house closes at 11:00. We finally made it to our house at 12:30am. Way after the planned time of about 8:00pm. We all got settled in on our airmattresses and went to sleep.
Sunday we got up freezing cold (because we happen to arrive in the coldest weather they have had here in years.) We got ready for church and went to our brand new ward. It was good. They were very inviting by the end of church we had been invited to dinner at 3 houses. So both Sundays we have been here we have gone to dinner at members of our ward. It was wierd for me however to go to sunday school and relief society after four years of primary but it was good, though I do miss primary.
The next few days it remained freezing cold and we delt with a couple of pipes freezing and heater problems but we got it all worked out.
On Wed. Gracie woke up sick. She had threw up and had fevers. By the end of the night Paisley had fevers. Gtracie slowly got better but Paisley got worse so Thurs. evening I took them to an urgent care where we found out that Gracie is justing havinf a high fever and to just continue to give her medicine for that and Paisley had a double ear infection. So we started her on an antibioitic. Then next 3 nights were rough. Her fevers stayed high until sunday. They got as high as 105 at which point matt gave her a blessing. Graices fevers also stayed high until Saturday but only reached 103 she also recieved a blessing from Matt.
Thursday the moving truck came and since we have been working on unpacking all our boxes. Hopefully withing the next week we will be done.
Also on Wed. Kayla started school. She now goes to all day kindergarten and is loving it. She was very welcomed with cards and a welcome sign made by her classmates. She loves to eat lunch at school and she gets to ride a bus which she has always wanted to do.
So all in all our first week was full of alot of excitment. My mom was here until Saturday. She helped me decorate the girls room and bathroom so they could be more girly. She also helped unpack the kitchen. She wish she could of been able to help with more unpacking but due to the time the truck came and when she left there wasen't alot of time in between. It was really nice to have my mom here for our first week. I don't know what I would have done those days before the truck came if she wasen't here with me. I love here so much and am so grateful she came with us.
